This week we lost a an incredible person who lived life to the fullest everyday! We met Zachary at age 2 and while we moved away from our California community nearly 10 years ago -- he remained an integral part of our lives.
Whether it was running around with Mr. Barry in the park, attending bird shows, playing in the park on Sunday mornings, riding roller coasters at Great America and Santa Cruz, experiencing field trips at Friendship Circle Camp or just hanging out -- Zachary made it a bit better.
A year ago we were together for a wonderful day of ice-cream and mini-golf as Zachary, his Mom and sister visited the east coast. The boys sat down at the diner, and picked up their conversation as if they saw each other every day. It was beautiful.
We can't be with Rita, Ivanna, Paul and the this weekend due to COVID -- so instead -- we will do our own Friendship Walk to celebrate his life. Our goal is $378 -- $18 for each of the 21 years of his life. Please donate in his honor if you are able.
Thank you and may the Memory of Zachary Rosenfeld be a blessing.
