WalkWithFC is Friendship Circle's annual community walk that raises funds and builds community awareness of The Bay Area Friendship Circle, a nonprofit organization providing friendship and inclusion for children, teens and young adults with special needs.
Our first WalkWithFC in 2013 raised $55,000 and included 250 walkers. This year our goal is to raise $150,000!
Now celebrating its 13th year, the goal of WalkWithFC is to raise a considerable
portion of our operating budget for the year as well as to build community. This year WalkWithFC is
scheduled on Sunday, September 7th and will be in person with all the bells and whistles! Plan for a lively walk with music themed stations, followed by a party with a jumpy house, a Kona Icee Truck and a Community Drum/Percussion Circle!!! There will be a lots of games, arts & crafts. face-painting, cotton candy, popcorn and a more surprises!! Come ready for a fantastic day and come together as one community to enjoy a walk with your fellow community and friends.
Funds raised through WalkWithFC are critical to the future of our operations and we need you to be a part of it.
